- Yard intrusions and fence line repairs: Ongoing, awaiting GOG for new fence/wall
- Water infrastructure around yard and water bill: Completed

- Yard electrical infrastructure: Completed
- Yard CCTV: Completed
- Yacht club hauling of Victory fleet: Good meeting had, awaiting confirmation letter
- Spreader bar and straps: Completed
- Yard new perimeter wall, MHSBM club house with parking under draft drawing: Still under discussion with GOG
- Yard operational procedures, protocols, charges, booking sheets, waiting list: Still under discussion
- Water-Gardens marina boats relocations: Still under discussion
- Marina gate access cards (plus yard access) roll out: In hand
- Nissan huts repairs and sign off by chief technical officer: In hand
- Purchasing of trolleys, further stands, pressure washer, etc.: Completed
- Toilet block cleanliness and general cleaning standards: Still a work in progress
- Berthing payments: Four members outstanding
- Accounts: Accounts were brought to the meeting and available for review with Patrick, but not shared outside the meeting.
