Sene (Vice President) following the proposed vote of no confidence and the need for Mr Sene to give an account of this to the Committee, Mr. Sene had resigned and thus had not explained his actions to the Committee. This was as a result of discussions that he had with The Watergardens Marina whereby this would allow them to use the yard at a 25% discount basis. A discussion ensued whereby it was agreed that Associate membership would be for the yard only and these members would have no voting rights. It was also agreed that the use of the Yard was always conditional on the yard having spare capacity.

•             Many members had approached Committee members asking for them to be allowed more access cards. The president also introduced the Family Membership scheme costing £20 per year, by which Bona Fide family members i.e. Wife or children of the member, could get an access card which would allow them to get access to the Marina. Members using this card would be advised that it is an offense to give out the card to any person not authorised to be in the Marina. This would be a mechanism to help bona fide family members to get personal access.

                •             It was agreed that the membership fee should be put up to £25 with set increases happening on a yearly basis. This would have o be agreed at an AGM.
