Good Afternoon Members…Every year and as part of the payment of Membership and berthing fees, the Administration has requested that members bring in the Red Book and the Insurance of the boat for which the member has been granted the berth. This year and in order to ensure proper records of all information on boats,  sizes and ownership, and therefore the consequential payment to the Association, the Committee will be advising the administration NOT to accept payment from any member until the Red Book and the Proof of Insurance has been handed in and checked.

In order to precipitate this and allow a better flow of payments etc., the Committee are urging members to provide the necessary information to the Marina Administration as soon as possible but certainly before the end of the November 2025. This will help facilitate the collection of all payments. Please note that non-compliance with this requirement will in no way be accepted as an excuse not to pay the fees as agreed in last year’s AGM i.e. before the end of 31st January 2026, but certainly not later than the 28th February 2026 at which stage the monthly penalty would be applied. The three-month rule for nonpayment as in 14.2 of the Constitution, would apply as from 31st of March 2026. Members are therefore urged to ensure that they are in possession of the appropriate documentation and supply them to the Marina as soon as possible.
