Good Morning….The Committee would like to advise members that an Extraordinary General Meeting, as agreed a the AGM, will take place on he 30th October 2025 at the John Mackintosh Hall starting at 6.30. Members are reminded that due to the normal checks that have to be made at the door, it would be appreciated if members turned up early. The Meeting will have various motions by the Committee which were set at the AGM last March 2025. These are:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

 1. Report on the initial Expenditure of the Yard by the previous Committee and recommendations thereof                                                                                                                                                                      

2. Income/Expenditure of the Yard during the first year of operation and funding decisions going forward                                                                                                                                                                  

3. Elec/water consumption                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

4. Berthing fees                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

 5. Other Minor changes e.g. Deposits.

There will also be a motion on the Security of the Marina following the decision to create a sub Committee on Security which the Captain, Jason Mesilio, has chaired. He will present this motion.

The Sinking fund will be dealt with under Point 4. Berthing Fees
