Dear Members…..now that we are in the Winter season and the rain is on us, I urge boat owners to check their boats regularly to ensure that this does not happen. This creates work for the Marina staff and ultimately damages the finger pontoons through weight issues, damaging the wood round the berth or other issues directly related to this. We would like to put owners on notice that any damage will be claimed directly from them.

Dear Members…..Following from the EGM, we would like to advise members that we have now extended the Debentures investment that the Marina has to £725,000. This is made up of two debentures, one for £500,000 at 4% over one year ending 1/9/26 and another for £225000 at 4,75 over 5 year to December 2030. We will review these at their value date. Interest being earned every month, this year, will be £2556.67 i.e. £30680.04 for 2026.. If everything goes according to plan and we can put the £2000 per month aside for next year’s debenture, we will be able to extend by another £55,000.
