Dear Member…. We have had another leak and we have had to close the connection from Pontoon I onwards. GJBS will be working to repair this ASAP and we hope to reestablish water shortly.

GJBS continue to do an overall survey which they will present to us on the overall costs of laying a new pipeline externally in the Marina. This is expected to be completed by the end of July 26 at which time discussions will be held with the Marina Developers.

Dear Member….as advised we are in the process of bocking the Cards of those members that have not paid their annual fees and are therefore not active members. It is imperative therefore that members refrain from opening the Marina access gates to any person who is unable to enter the Marina with his card as indeed this person, although known by you to be part of the Marina, may have had his membership rights temporarily suspended. In any case, for security purposes, no person should give access to any person. This constitutes an offense and if the person who you let in, then commits an offense within the Marina, this may make you equally liable.
