Meeting Minutes:

• Yard quote discussions. Works have begun by GJBS.
• Captain has provided different quotes from previous committee with regards to the works at the yard.
• GJBS has been voted on and approved to continue and finish the works.
• Electric gate was never ordered or confirmed
  • We will not order an electric gate
  • Ǫuote as GJBS sent is approved and finalised
• Hector Montado meeting
  • Joe explained the design (belilo) build (GJBS)
  • In 2 weeks they will advise us whether we can use the crane
  • Crane will be operational in 3-4 weeks
  • John Collins discussed the crane warranty as it should start on first use
• Nissin Huts
  • AKS and GJBS meeting Friday 26th 10am
  • We need the certificate of fitness in order to use them
  • Structural report is missing for building control
• Fork lifter is waiting to be shipped by Eastgate
  • Duty should not be paid – Derek
• John Canepa needs to be passed on the info about items ordered for the yard
  • A list of items has been shared with John and circulated to the committee
• Equipment for yard is arriving slowly
  • Large dollies are 8-9 weeks away

  • Public access to PTZ cameras is stopped for now until response from GRA
• Bank account is now ready for use with agreed approval system

  • We need to issue tenders for each role
  • We need to separate the roles that are currently in place which are being serviced by JT security
  • Voted on and agreed to tender for the different roles
• Joe has written to the Yacht club for a meeting
  • Joe wants to see the MOU (signed copy)
  • It seems we have been waiting on a reply from Yacht club for a while ref MOU
• Yard software
  • Boat yard has been offered
  • There are other software services
