Good Afternoon…… Please note that this year, and as should have been the case since the opening of the Marina (Fees have to be paid annually in advance), members will receive their Berthing/Membership Fee invoices in January 2025. These should be paid as soon as possible but certainly before the end of March 2025, thus giving members three months to pay. At the end of March, the Committee will treat all unpaid fees as arrears and will act accordingly. Any member who has specific problems, can approach the Committee any Wednesday from 10.30 to 12.30 to discuss this issue. Please note that no boat will be lifted unless the Berthing fees have been paid, and no appointments will be booked for Haul out from February onwards unless the payments have been made for berthing/membership fees for 2025. Members are urged to start booking their January lifts so that we have an idea of the January numbers.                                                                                                   We are now planning for next year and have many important matters to discuss with you at the AGM which is scheduled for 27th March 2025 at 7pm at the Mackintosh Hall.  We would like to urge members to put their names forward for the Committee and to bring issues that they would like discussed at the AGM to the Committee’s attention. We will be advising you about the issues which the Committee would like to raise in advance of the AGM.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              With the oncoming XMAS and NEW YEAR holidays, we would like to inform members that the Office will be closed from the 24th to the 27th inclusive reopening on the 30th December 2024. It will then be closed again on the 31st December 2024 until the 2nd January 2025 when everything will be back to normal. During this time we will also have a depleted back up for the Marina and the Yard although there will be a presence of the Management throughout.
