Good morning…………….The Committee have now set a date for the AGM which is scheduled for the 27th March at the John Mackintosh Hall. Time to be announced. The Committee is urging any member that wishes to stand for election in any of the posts, to advise any member of the Committee or advise us through the Members Forum or e-mailing us on info@mhsbm.gi . WE NEED MEMBERS TO FILL IN VACANCIES IN THE COMMITTEE.  The Committee will also want to have advance notice of any motion or any issue which any member wishes to have discussed and in the case of a motion, voted on so please give us advance notice of this to ensure that we have all the necessary information at hand.  JOT DOWN this date on your diary as we will have important issues to discuss like the number of empty berths available with the added problem of the dilution of MBSBM funds. I will shortly send you an advanced copy of the President’s report so that you can analyse it and prepare comments and questions in advance of the AGM. We will try and have a controlled AGM where everybody’s point of view is aired and where everybody is allowed to speak.
