COMMITTEE UPDATES – 02/04/2026

Good Afternoon ………………. As from today and as we did last year at Easter, we are extending the OSG patrols to cover the afternoon. This will be the case over the Easter period and in line with the school holidays and also the better weather. The guards, at this point, will be the same as those last Summer so they are knowledgeable with Marina affairs. The Committee will decide whether or not these need to be extended until after Summer as we did last year.
Members are reminded that anybody in the Marina must carry their membership access card and if you authorise access to your boat to a guest an are not present, he/she must carry an access card and personal ID. This will stop persons not authorised going on somebody’s boat. The member will be responsible for any issues and any damage caused by his guests. Please remember that children under sixteen must be accompanied by the Berth Holder. The Idea is that everyone has a great time without any stress from people breaking the Byelaws and causing a nuisance. These offenders will be reported.
All the necessary numbers are on the gates, so any issue please call them or report it to the Guard as he is doing his patrol.
I hope that you all enjoy the Easter break.
