Please note that last year the AGM of March 2025 approved the changes in the Payment systems as below.

1. The Constitution was clear about the charging system being per calendar year and therefore the Committee would like to confirm the implementation of this on an annual basis which invoices should be paid on demand but giving members until 1st March of the year.

4. In relation to next year the Penalty charges would apply as from 1st April of the year..

Members are therefore reminded to ensure that payment is made during the course of this month i.e. before the 1st March 2026.
