DEAR MEMBERS….there are still quite a few members that have not paid. We will start blocking these members entry cards and additionally from the 2% Penalty levied as from 1st July, they will also have to pay a charge for unblocking their cards. They have all been communicated with so they know that they are in breach of RULE 14 of the constitution which reads “Any debt of over three months may render the member liable to expulsion from the Association with revocation of the berth holder’s permit by CoP and the removal of his vessel from MHSBM by GPA.” I would urge all members to take heed of this and pay ASAP.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                THE COMMITTEE      

 Good afternoon….. We still need Pontoon Leaders for Pontoons A, D, E, G, H, I and K. The representation would be great if you had the link to report to your Pontoon Leader stuff and he could contact the Captain and have things moving quickly. A step forward please.  Please contact Jason Mesilio ,the Captain,   We are also trying a new system for the Opening/closing of gates via a pressure arm that should give us a better control of the gates. We have removed the Rubber wheel which was used by certain people to hold the door open. We are starting the trial in Gate 2 so members are urged to give us on their opinion. If successful, we will change the system for all the gates.
