NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Annual General Meeting of the MID HARBOURS SMALL BOATS ASSOCIATION will be held on Thursday 27th March at the John McIntosh Hall at 7pm.. The Agenda shall comprise of: 1. The President’s address 2. The Secretary’s Report 3. The Treasurer’s Statement of account and the presentation of the 2024 Audited Accounts. 4. The election of the new Committee 5. The appointment of auditor’s 6. Any other Business. Members are requested to submit their names for consideration by the General meeting before Friday 21st March 2025. Members are also requested to submit any matter that they wish to discuss in the AGM before 21st March 2025. A notice will be sent out to all members on 24th March 2025 with all the information on members wishing to stand for election and for any motions/points for discussion. The Committee urge all members to attend. THE COMMITTEE Please note the Members are requested to submit their names if they want to be part of the Committee, for consideration and vote at the General meeting, before Friday 21st March 2025. Members are also requested to submit any matter that they wish to discuss in the AGM before 21st March 2025. At that stage the agenda will be closed and members advised as from 22nd March as to the Agenda and the persons eligible for the Committee in case there has to be a vote. It further urges members to ensure that they come early since there will be a check to ensure that only members are allowed into the AGM.
