Dear Members…..please be advised that Invoices were sent out this year for the Calendar year 2025 in January 2025 as per the Constitution. Members are reminded that they have until 31st March 2025 to pay the fees. The Committee feel that it is unfair for certain members to pay (some 160 members have already paid who are in actual fact paying for the operation of the Marina and Yard), whilst others are in arrears. Since there is an administration expense in following up unpaid invoices, the Committee will take to the AGM a motion asking members to approve a penalty of % per month (to be discussed at Committee level and advised) after 31st March 2025 to be charged to members not paying their invoices. Any member who has not received an Invoice is urged to attend the Office and find out the reason for this. PLEASE REMEMBER that not paying because you have not received the invoice is not an excuse in law since all members know that this has to be paid.
