Good Afternoon…..The Port has now finalised the Berth Swapping template that will allow members to be able to request a Berth transfer between members. This form can also be used by members wanting to request a change of berth to an empty berth. The template will have to be signed by both members (in the case of an empty berth, the form will, once cleared,  be signed by the MHSBM Captain). Please note that the sale of boats will not be considered as part of this Berth Swapping system and can only be used by existing members who already have a berth allocation. Each case will be looked at by its merit and it has to be understood that the PORT AS THE AUTHORITY WILL TAKE THE FINAL DECISION.                                                                                                                                                                 Any member wanting to know more or wishing to apply for a berth swap, can pop into the Office between 0900 and 1415hrs daily as from Monday 22nd September 2025.. Once the form has been screened and submitted by the MHSBM Administration to the Port, the member(s) will be advised accordingly. The Port will advise the member directly as to the outcome of his/their request.       

 Please note that transfers between members whose boats are bigger or smaller than 6.5 meters onto small or big berths, will not be sanctioned be the MHSBM Committee.
