UPDATE ON WATER SUPPLY.

GJBS has identified the leak and will be sealing it tomorrow morning. The Pier Master will advise all members when the water is back and flowing in all pontoons.

Good Afternoon…..There are still over 200 members that have not paid their annual invoice and which are now officially in arrears. These members have already suffered a penalty added to their account of 2% as approved by the 2025 AGM. This is a monthly compounded charge and it will therefore be charged once again at the end of April 26. We urge these members to settle their accounts ASAP and we would urge that they do this before the end of the month. Already certain membership rights have been withdrawn e.g. be able to service boats at the Yard, and others will follow at the beginning of May 26 e.g. removal of membership access to Marina. The Marina requires income to be able to continue its maintenance etc. and therefore the Committee feels it is unfair for this to be at the expense of those that have paid whilst others without paying, want to continue to use its facilities

Marinetek is this week changing three finger pontoons that were rusty and in danger of breaking loose from the main pontoon. You can see the damage to one of the finger pontoons. This will obviously have to be done going forward as the Marina gets older.
