The Committee would like to bring to the attention of members of various incidents wherein boats have been berthed at the Yard Dock without permission and without advising either Security or the Pier Master accordingly. There have also been incidents of members unlawfully climbing into the yard over the fence/wall obviously without permission.

The Committee would like to advise all members, including Associate members , that this is seen as a serious offense and one which will not be tolerated in the future. Any boat requiring emergency berthing or other action, has to be reported to the Pier Master who will advise accordingly. We would like to point out that any person who contravenes yard rules, is likely to have his Yard membership suspended or if considered serious, revoked totally with the consequence that all owner’s vessels will not be allowed to use the Yard facilities.

Members are therefore advised that any future occurrence could result in suspension of yard membership.
