All reports being dealt with by the EGM have now been published and will be available as from Tuesday at the Marina Office in case any member wants to have it on paper. The only element now missing which will be sent out next week will be the 2026 budget as it is at present but which might change obviously depending on the decisions of the EGM so the presentation next week will only be a draft formalised at the end of the EGM. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE EGM WILL BE ON THE 30TH OCTOBER AT THE MAC HALL AS FROM 6 although members are asked to be there earlier. The quorum will be the same as for an AGM.

Good afternoon Members…..Just to remind you of the EGM to be held next Thursday 30th October at 6 at the john Mackintosh Hall. Please note that members are asked to come in early since there will be checks at the door to ensure that only members can attend. We urge member to read all the material that has been posted on the this What’s App to ensure that they are fully conversant with what will be discussed and so accelerate the meeting. The two budgets will be discussed at Committee level this afternoon and once approved will be posted in this group tomorrow. Please be advised that will be hard copies available in the Marina Office as from Monday in case any member wishes to collect before the EGM. there will be copies available at the door of the EGM but there may not be enough copies available. The Minister still has not given us the update promised so this will be provided by the President at the EGM.

Dear Members … please also note that the Pier Master will be checking out all the defective hoses under the pontoons which members were asked to remove during the Summer. He has advised us that he will start on Monday on Pontoon A and will move down the Pontoons as and when they finish each Pontoon.
