The AGM thanked the outgoing members (Mr. Johnny Buttigieg, Mr Pepe Figueredo and Mr. Gareth Jones) for the work that they had done in support of the Marina. The 2025 accounts were approved and the auditors (AMS LIMITED) were reappointed.

Gents….Just a reminder that we still have some 200+ members that have not paid their Berthing fees etc. Please note that after the 31st March 2026, these then become arrears and will be charged a 2% Penalty levy as was agreed at last year’s AGM. It should also be noted that any member in arrears “will lose all other membership rights” (Rule 4.2). I would therefore urge you to ensure that all appliable fees ((Rule 4.2 clearly defines the applicable fees) are paid before the 31st March 2026.
