Dear Members…. Please note that as from today and for the rest of the Summer there will be OSG presence in the Marina throughout the afternoon for the good governance of the same. Please note that the Security guards will be in the Marina throughout and you can report any issue to them for their action.

Please also note that there are still quite a few members that have not paid. These members will have their entry systems blocked as from next week and will be sent communications that they are in breach of RULE 14 of the constitution. I would urge all members to submit payment next week.

This morning, we had a meeting of the Sub Committee created with the Port to advance all issues. In looking at the way forward for the small boats in large berths, and before the Port acts on the matter, the Port would like to know whether there is any interest by any member to move his/her boat from a large berth to a smaller berth. If so, we would ask the member to contact the Office on 20070445 or to e-mail info@mhsbm.gi.

We will update you of the different issues as we sort them out with the Port, but the first decision taken today was to write to all members who have empty berths and ask for an explanation. Berths will be revoked if no explanation or an explanation that is not accepted by the Port, is received.
